Mark is a General Partner at ABS Capital Partners whose investment interests and experience include health care information technology and health care services companies.

He currently represents ABS Capital on the boards of Source Medical Solutions, Inc., Superior Vision Services, Inc., and Pathology, Inc. and is an observer at Cbr Systems, Inc.

He previously worked with American Esoteric Laboratories, Inc., Omnicell, Inc., and US LABS and was an observer on the board of Print, Inc.

Mark has spent his entire growth company investing career with ABS Capital. Working on numerous health care investments, he has developed both domain expertise and a strong knowledge of the key elements for successful growth companies. Mark routinely brings these insights to the companies he works with and is always willing to become involved and assist them with any of their challenges. Prior to joining ABS Capital in 1998, Mark was a member of Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown’s Technology Investment Banking Group, where he worked on various initial public offerings, leveraged buyouts, and buy-side and sell-side transactions, gaining valuable experience in dealing with complex capital structures and operational forecasting.
