Phil is a Managing General Partner at ABS Capital Partners. He also oversees the firm’s business and education services investment efforts. With extensive experience at the board level setting strategy and helping to assemble talented teams, Phil is an active partner in helping CEOs take growth companies to the next level of success.

John is a Managing General Partner at ABS Capital Partners where he oversees health care investing efforts with a focus on health care services and health care information technology companies.  During his time with the firm, he has developed significant domain expertise that he uses to help companies identify and address issues, and capitalize on their most compelling opportunities to be successful.

Mark is a General Partner at ABS Capital Partners with experience across the company’s investment areas, focusing on health care information technology and health care services companies. With both domain expertise and a strong knowledge of the key elements for successful growth companies, he is always willing to become engaged with companies and assist them with any of their challenges.

Deric is a General Partner at ABS Capital Partners and his investment interests and experience are in media and communications companies. Deric enjoys working with dynamic entrepreneurs in companies that are transforming these industries.

Bobby is a General Partner at ABS Capital Partners with a focus on technology companies. Bobby’s wide-ranging skill set, developed through his experience in investment banking and technology, allows him to rapidly assess companies and understand their business models and their competitive advantages.

Paul is a General Partner at ABS Capital with a focus on business and education services companies. With over a decade of experience investing in growth companies, Paul enjoys helping CEOs assess their product and market opportunities, optimize their business models and ultimately position their companies for successful exits, either through an M&A transaction or through the public markets. Paul’s breadth of investing experience includes companies in the technology-enabled services, eCommerce, software, and digital media sectors.

Ralph is a General Partner at ABS Capital Partners with investment interests and experience in media and communications, education and technology companies. Ralph is an experienced operator and investor who brings a combination of entrepreneurial spirit, operational know-how and genuine enthusiasm to everything he does, and is never slow to call upon his many industry contacts for the benefit of his companies.

Tim is a Founding Partner of ABS Capital Partners. His investment interests and experience span the business services, health care, media and communications and technology sectors. Today, Tim works closely with his companies to guide them through strategic initiatives that can help them achieve success, including re-focusing business models on  improved margins, reorganizing compensation structures to drive growth, and advising on strategic transactions that build and achieve value.

Cal is a General Partner at ABS Capital Partners whose investment interests and experience include business services and health care companies. With over a decade of experience, Cal is able to help companies with their growth strategies and give them insights into how they will be viewed by the exit markets.

Laura has been an active investor in software and technology services companies since joining ABS Capital in 1997.  She has experience in building growth companies in the technology sector, working with portfolio companies on the key strategic and operational issues they face.  Laura has led investments in applications and infrastructure software, Internet, mobile and consumer technologies.

Stephanie has overall responsibility for the firm's marketing, fundraising and investor relations activities. She joined ABS Capital in 1994 and continues to be enthusiastic about sharing the firm’s story as well as working with great growth companies.

James is responsible for the firm’s finance, accounting, tax, human resources, information systems and operational functions. Based on his prior experience as a public company CFO and Controller, he also serves as a resource for ABS Capital’s portfolio company CFOs with respect to finance, accounting and tax matters.

Robyn Lehman joined ABS in 2000 and her responsibilities include overseeing all accounting aspects of the Fund partnerships, Limited Partner correspondence and financial matters relating to the management company. Prior to joining ABS, Robyn worked at Sylvan Learning Center where she was an Accountant with Aspect, a division that taught English as a second language. Robyn is a Certified Public Accountant.

Kim joined ABS in 2003 and is responsible for the data and reporting relating to portfolio companies and fund performance. She is responsible for the fund accounting for portfolio company investments and works with the investment professionals on quarterly valuations. Kim also supports the deal sourcing and deal tracking database and analysis. In addition, Kim supports fundraising activities, focusing on the preparation of presentation materials and responding to limited partner requests.

Jennifer joined ABS in July of 2010 and is responsible for analyzing Portfolio Company valuations, estimating future Fund performance, assisting in the preparation of quarterly Fund financial statements, as well as supporting the internal marketing group in regard to fundraising activities and Annual and Quarterly Meeting materials preparation. Prior to joining ABS, Jen was an audit senior accountant at Baker Tilly, specializing in the real estate industry.  Earlier in her career, Jen was an audit senior accountant at Deloitte, specializing in the energy industry.

Tania joined ABS in March of 2011 and is responsible for Fund capital calls, distributions, financial statements and confidentiality agreements.  Prior to joining ABS, Tania was a senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, working in the firm’s assurance and advisory business services practice.  She is a Certified Public Accountant.

Morgan joined ABS Capital in February of 2013 and is responsible for Fund capital calls, distributions, financial statements and confidentiality agreements. Prior to joining ABS Capital, Morgan was a senior associate at KPMG, working in the firm’s audit practice. She is a Certified Public Accountant.

Andrew is an Associate at ABS Capital. His investment interests and experience include health care, business services and technology services companies.

Michael is an Associate at ABS Capital. His investment interests and experience include media, communication, information technology and financial services.

Win is an Associate at ABS Capital Partners.  His investment interests and experience include software, technology services and media companies.

Tim is an Associate at ABS Capital Partners. His investment interests and experience include business services, consumer product companies and retailers.

Trish is a research analyst with ABS Capital Partners. She provides research to support deal sourcing and due diligence efforts, and strives to improve workflow management and facilitate the sharing of information.

Sarah joined ABS Capital in August 2012. She works as a research analyst and provides intelligence on industries, companies, and economic trends. Prior to joining ABS Capital, Sarah was a knowledge management consultant for Tokyo Electron America, a semiconductor equipment manufacturing company. Before that, she worked as a litigation paralegal for firms in both Atlanta and Washington, D.C.

Maya joined ABS Capital in 2011 and provides administrative support to John Stobo, Mark Anderson and Paul Mariani. Prior to joining ABS Capital, Maya held positions with Lucasfilm, Ltd. and Current TV, LLC.

Ruth joined ABS Capital in 2011 and provides administrative support to Bobby Goswami and James Stevenson. Ruth also supports finance and accounting operations, with primary responsibilities including maintaining cash balances, legal expenses and distributions. Prior to joining ABS Capital, Ruth held a business operations associate position at TEKsystems, Inc.  

Liz joined ABS Capital in 2006 and provides administrative support to Phil Clough, Tim Weglicki and Laura Witt. Prior to joining ABS Capital, Liz held positions with Advertising.com, Lockheed Martin Corporation, SITEL Corporation and Alex. Brown & Sons.

Holly joined ABS Capital in 1999. She is responsible for the internal accounting functions and financial reporting of the management company as well as assisting with Fund financial preparation and reporting. Prior to joining ABS Capital, Holly held positions with Talles and Robbins Construction, Continental Foods and Southland Corporation.

Chris joined ABS Capital in 2000 and provides administrative support to Don Hebb, Stephanie Carter and Cal Wheaton. Chris also supports ABS Capital’s fundraising efforts, with primary responsibility for logistical activities, and assists with Limited Partner relations. Prior to joining ABS Capital, Chris held positions with the National Security Agency, the Universities of Illinois and New Hampshire and Hertzbach & Company.
